Logbook for Non-trainee Medical Officers

To document the Medical Officers’ eligibility for entry to MMed (FM) Programme C, a logbook is made available for non-trainee Medical Officers who are keen on pursuing post-graduate training in Family Medicine and are employed by the public sector. Entries into the logbook should begin when the Medical Officer joins the service. 

The purpose of this Log Book is to:

Help the Medical Officer record his training in each of the postings in brief detail so that experience can be recorded and deficiencies identified and remedied. 

Help Supervisors/Trainers assess overall training and provide the extra experience for trainees in the areas where it is most needed. 

Document pre-requisite postings of non-trainee Medical Officers for future entry to MMed (Family Medicine) Programme C.
